We are a group of students and Berkeley community members who share a passion for this exciting sport. Unicycle basketball was first played in Berkeley in 2000. The Campus Club was founded in 2009 to increase awareness and accessibility of the sport among Cal students. Around the same time the group became more serious and formed a competitive team, The Berkeley Revolution. The team competed in the World Championships in New Zealand in January 2010, coming in second place. In July 2010 the team won the North American Championship. In July 2012 the team traveled to Italy for the World Championships and came home with a bronze medal. We always welcome new players, and we strive to balance competitive play and incorporating beginners in our practices.
